Megan is a dutifully trained physiotherapist specializing in orthopedic and manual therapy. She received her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from The Manchester Metropolitan University after completing her Bachelor of Kinesiology degree at the University of Toronto. Megan gained valuable experience working in hospitals, where she played a crucial role in rehabilitating patients, particularly in the challenging environment of the COVID Intensive Care Unit. This experience has not only honed her clinical skills but also deepened her understanding of the importance of compassionate and personalized care during times of vulnerability.
Megan fell in love with dance and aerial arts and is recreationally trained in pole, lyra, and hammock. Her personal commitment to an active lifestyle not only keeps her grounded but also allows her to connect with clients who share a similar enthusiasm for movement and vitality. Megan has a deep appreciation for the anatomy and biomechanics of inherently unstable movements such as inverting and backbends. She uses this passion to help others achieve their flexibility goals as a physiotherapist.
Megan also understands first-hand the postural strains of working at a desk and what it takes to create a healthy work life balance. She creates personalized care programs that incorporate rehabilitation exercises and stretches to get her patients the results they want. Her goal is simple yet profound: to help each client achieve what matters to them. Dr. Anna Rybalko is a dutifully trained chiropractor, acupuncture provider and dance instructor specializing in flexibility and ballet.
Dr. Anna began her dance career with classical ballet when she was 13 years old. She received an Artiste of Ballet diploma from Victoria Ballet Academy and her love of dance continued to grow over time. Her interest in functional dance technique and anatomy inspired her to complete the Doctor of Chiropractic program at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. In 2023, she received her Doctorate in Chiropractic and Functional Acupuncture.
Dr. Anna began teaching dance in high school which led her to pursue a B.F.A., in Dance from York University and a Teaching Diploma from Canada’s National Ballet School. She has taught dancers of all ages in dance studios around the GTA for the last 15 years. She performed with professional troupes across GTA. Dr. Anna is also well versed in arial acrobatics and pole dance techniques. Dr. Anna has since been providing treatment, rehabilitation, and prevention of dance injuries.
Dr. Anna is passionate about serving the dance and movement community through chiropractic care by advocating for injury prevention and educating people about functional training.
She combines her background in the arts with her love of movement to guide her treatments in helping her patients move more fluidly throughout their daily lives.

Julia Walton is a dutifully trained graduate of Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy, Vimy Ridge Dance Program (Edmonton School of Ballet), George Brown Dance, and has completed a mentorship through Ballet Jörgen under Bengt Jörgen.
Julia has experience treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions such as headaches, neck pain, TMJ disorders, frozen shoulder, low back pain, running injuries, and extremity conditions. Throughout her career, Julia has had the opportunity to treat and work with dancers, athletes, including Sutherland-Chan’s postural clinic, seniors clinic, multiple sclerosis clinic, as well as a variety of patients of all ages and experience. In addition, Julia is trained in providing sessions geared towards relaxation or mental wellbeing and digestion issues. Julia combines fascial work, Swedish massage, joint mobilizations, and trigger point therapy to deliver the best in care supported by the best in evidence based medicine.
Julia strives to always create a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for all of her patients, new and returning. Outside of the clinic, Julia spends her time training in ballet (pointe), pole dancing, as well as performing around the city as a freelance dancer with several entertainment companies.

Alice Lim is a dutifully trained personal trainer and kinesiologist specializing in muscle hypertrophy, physique training and weight management. Alice received a degree in kinesiology from the University of Toronto specializing in accessibility and inclusion and her master’s degree in exercise science. In addition, she is certified in personal training through CanFitPro.
As a kinesiologist Alice draws from her experiences playing varsity sports including: hockey, rugby, basketball, dance, soccer, cheerleading and racket sports. Alice has spent years as a club manager for Goodlife in the beaches. As club manager Alice dedicated herself to teaching future generations of personal trainers using the best in evidence and most up to date fitness research allowing them to achieve their client’s fitness goals.
Recently Alice returned to personal training herself, getting back to what she loves most about movement; getting others to assess muscle imbalances in order to create personalized exercise programs that reduce mechanical compensation and improve form. She uses personal training to empower her clients getting them feeling and moving the way they want. Alice is passionate about helping her clients improve their quality of life through physical activity in her fun and engaging fitness programs.

Dr. Martin Lai is a dutifully trained chiropractor, acupuncture provider and kinesiologist specializing in functional ability evaluations, ergonomic testing and developing individualized return to work and return to play programs. Dr. Martin received a degree in kinesiology from the University of Toronto specializing in biomechanics and rehabilitation and a Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. In addition, he is certified in Contemporary Medical acupuncture from McMaster University.
Dr. Martin has spent years performing physical testing including: functional assessments, neurological and muscle strength testing for organizations including: CIBC, TD Canada Trust, Metrolinx, State Farm Insurance. Dr. Martin uses the best in evidence to assess for mechanical dysfunctions of the body in order to create personalized treatment plans. His passions lie in getting you moving the way you want
Dr. Martin is the doctor for WuShu Canada, providing court side medical services to all officiated fights. IN addition, he is the chiropractor for X Limit Entertainment, a professional performance team comprised of stunt teams and dancers from multiple disciplines including: martial arts, gymnastics, acrobatics, ballet and other various dance styles. Dr. Martin has worked closely with the Canadian Pole Fitness Association as well as the Pole dance for Fitness Instructor Commission and has lectured and workshopped for various pole, acrobatic and circus studios across the GTA. Dr. Martin Lai is passionate about studying different movement patterns and applies his unique perspective on movement patterns to the patients under his care.

Flavio Misuraca is a dutifully trained Registered Massage Therapist, is a good-standing member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. He received his diploma in Massage Therapy from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. Flavio has received training in cross friction techniques, fascial techniques, and deep structure massage.
Flavio has a deep understanding of human kinetics, peak performance and pushing the limits of the human body having trained in Chinese, Japanese and Thai martial arts. After a severe injury that kept him from training, Flavio made a trip to Thailand to seek treatment from a locally renowned therapist. His time in Thailand inspired him to pursue a career in massage therapy.
Through massage therapy, Flavio was able to address his own muscular dysfunctions and push the limits of his own training. As a martial artist and stunt performer, Flavio understands how pain and dysfunction can negatively impact peak human performance. Flavio’s approach to treatment is the same as his approach to movement, a single holistic machine, working to move you the way you want. Flavio is able to combine his understanding of human movement to provide a unique treatment catered to elite level performers, dancers, aerialists and martial artists. Flavio understands your pain and works with your to move the way you want.
