He holds a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Toronto, with a focus on biomechanics and rehabilitation, and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Additionally, Dr. Martin is certified in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture from McMaster University.
With years of experience in physical testing, Dr. Martin has conducted functional assessments, neurological evaluations, and muscle strength testing for leading organizations, including CIBC, TD Canada Trust, Metrolinx, and State Farm Insurance. Using evidence-based methods, he assesses mechanical dysfunctions and creates personalized treatment plans to address the specific needs of each client. As a trusted chiropractor, Dr. Martin provides courtside medical services for WuShu Canada, ensuring the health and safety of athletes during officiated fights. He is also the chiropractor for X Limit Entertainment, a professional performance team composed of stunt performers and dancers from diverse disciplines such as martial arts, gymnastics, acrobatics, ballet, and more. Additionally, Dr. Martin works closely with the Canadian Pole Fitness Association and the Pole Dance for Fitness Instructor Commission, providing valuable insights on injury prevention and performance enhancement. He has lectured and led workshops for pole, acrobatic, and circus studios throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

Dr. Abyan Chowdhury is a dutifully trained chiropractor and rugby coach with a background in Neuroscience and Physiology from the University of Toronto and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.
Dr. Abyan combines a deep understanding of the human body and neuroscience with years of hands-on coaching experience to help patients recover from pain, restore mobility, and perform at their best. As a passionate rugby and basketball player, Dr. Abyan brings lived experience to his care, having successfully recovered from fractures, ligament tears, tendinopathies, concussions, surgeries, and chronic postural strain—giving him a compassionate, first-hand understanding of both the physical and mental journey of recovery.
His approach is both evidence-based and collaborative—blending advanced anatomical knowledge with practical, results-driven strategies tailored to each individual. Beyond the clinic, Dr. Abyan is deeply invested in community development. He serves on the Board of Directors for his multicultural community and coaches youth rugby in low-income neighborhoods, using sport as a tool to build confidence, resilience, and leadership. Dr. Abyan is also an award-winning professional cosplayer competing on national stages and lectured in workshops across Ontario.

Megan is a holistic physiotherapist who is passionate about helping her clients move and feel
their best. She completed her Master’s in Physiotherapist with Distinction from Manchester
Metropolitan University, and her Bachelor in Kinesiology from the University of Toronto. She
brings experience as a physiotherapist in a variety of settings including in clinics, in hospitals,
ICU, and in-home in Toronto and in England.
Megan’s clients often include youth, adults, pregnant and post-partum people, women
post-menopause, circus athletes, Hyrox athletes, runners, older adults and anyone looking to
improve their body IQ. Her standout feature is her attention to detail in investigating why people
develop pain and dysfunction. She uses her understanding of biomechanics, gait analysis and
the nervous system to break down the body’s compensation strategies. She believes that a
thorough assessment allows for a truly client-centered treatment.
Megan’s treatment style is robust as she uses a combination of myofascial release, cupping, acupuncture, taping and exercise prescription to help her clients break through the pain cycle and adapt. At the heart of her treatment is education to empower her clients by demystifying the body to prevent future pain and dysfunction. Through the years, Megan has explored diverse movement practices, which most currently include aerial dance, pilates and resistance training.

Flavio Misuraca is a dutifully trained Registered Massage Therapist, is a good-standing member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. He received his diploma in Massage Therapy from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. Flavio has received training in cross friction techniques, fascial techniques, and deep structure massage.
Flavio has a deep understanding of human kinetics, peak performance and pushing the limits of the human body having trained in Chinese, Japanese and Thai martial arts. After a severe injury that kept him from training, Flavio made a trip to Thailand to seek treatment from a locally renowned therapist. His time in Thailand inspired him to pursue a career in massage therapy.
Through massage therapy, Flavio was able to address his own muscular dysfunctions and push the limits of his own training. As a martial artist and stunt performer, Flavio understands how pain and dysfunction can negatively impact peak human performance. Flavio’s approach to treatment is the same as his approach to movement, a single holistic machine, working to move you the way you want. Flavio is able to combine his understanding of human movement to provide a unique treatment catered to elite level performers, dancers, aerialists and martial artists. Julia Walton is a dutifully trained graduate of Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy, Vimy Ridge Dance Program (Edmonton School of Ballet), George Brown Dance, and has completed a mentorship through Ballet Jörgen under Bengt Jörgen.
Julia has experience treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions such as headaches, neck pain, TMJ disorders, frozen shoulder, low back pain, running injuries, and extremity conditions. Throughout her career, Julia has had the opportunity to treat and work with dancers, athletes, including Sutherland-Chan’s postural clinic, seniors clinic, multiple sclerosis clinic, as well as a variety of patients of all ages and experience. In addition, Julia is trained in providing sessions geared towards relaxation or mental wellbeing and digestion issues. Julia combines fascial work, Swedish massage, joint mobilizations, and trigger point therapy to deliver the best in care supported by the best in evidence based medicine.
Julia strives to always create a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for all of her patients, new and returning. Kim Vo graduated from the University of Ottawa with an Honors Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics focusing on clinical research, rehabilitation, sports program development and applied sport and performance psychology. She is a certified Personal Trainer under the American College of Sports Medicine association, an FRC and FRA Mobility Specialist under the Functional Anatomy Seminars, and holds a Level 1 Integrated Kinetic Neurology (IKN) certification.
Kim was raised in an active household where trying everything was the norm—from skiing and volleyball to cross-country running. Kim eventually found her passion in competitive dance and theatre, informing her approach to movement and performance. She is experienced in coaching a broad range of individuals—from kids and pro athletes to members of the RCMP —Kim brings energy, empathy, and expertise to every session. Her work at the University of Ottawa Heart Institute’s Cardiac Rehab program gave her valuable insight into training older adults and those with chronic conditions, emphasizing safe and effective exercise programming.
Kim blends elite dance training with a holistic approach to health, leading dynamic group fitness classes including HIIT, barre, bootcamp, and sports conditioning. A lifelong learner, she thrives on understanding her clients, making genuine connection and empowers others to move with purpose pushing past their perceived limits to achieve peak performance — both in fitness and in life.

Alice Lim is a dutifully trained personal trainer and kinesiologist specializing in muscle hypertrophy, physique training and weight management. Alice received a degree in kinesiology from the University of Toronto specializing in accessibility and inclusion and her master’s degree in exercise science. In addition, she is certified in personal training through CanFitPro.
As a kinesiologist Alice draws from her experiences playing varsity sports including: hockey, rugby, basketball, dance, soccer, cheerleading and racket sports. Alice has spent years as a club manager for Goodlife in the beaches. As club manager Alice dedicated herself to teaching future generations of personal trainers using the best in evidence and most up to date fitness research allowing them to achieve their client’s fitness goals.
Recently Alice returned to personal training herself, getting back to what she loves most about movement; getting others to assess muscle imbalances in order to create personalized exercise programs that reduce mechanical compensation and improve form. She uses personal training to empower her clients getting them feeling and moving the way they want. Alice is passionate about helping her clients improve their quality of life through physical activity in her fun and engaging fitness programs.
